Our one-on-one sessions provide a secure and supportive space for clients to deeply explore their personal challenges, thoughtfully navigate emotional concerns, and embark on a transformative journey towards mental well-being that is uniquely tailored to their specific needs. Each session lasts for 55 minutes and is conducted online, with appointments typically scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Relational Therapy | $200 per session
Relational therapy focuses on connections with family, friends, and partners, including the client-therapist relationship. By analyzing these patterns, clients gain insight into their behaviors and emotions, fostering healthier interactions. This therapy improves communication, resolves conflicts, and supports personal growth and emotional well-being. Sessions typically last 60 minutes and occur weekly or bi-weekly.

Clinical Supervision | $75-$125
Associate supervision is offered online via individual, triadic, or group session. We strive to provide a down-to-earth, reflective space that fosters the development of your skills, enhances your confidence, and helps you cultivate your unique clinical voice, all while providing practical, real-world insights. Our sessions are thoughtfully designed to adapt to your specific growth stage and generally last between 60 to 120 minutes per week.
