Approach:
I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused strategies, tailoring the work to fit your needs. As a proud LGBTQIA+ ally, I value inclusivity and connection, creating a safe, welcoming space where your experiences are honored and explored with curiosity and compassion.
Who I help:
I work with adults who are tired of just getting by and are ready to reconnect with themselves in a more intentional way. Many of the individuals I help are highly capable but emotionally drained; years spent on being the strong one often at the cost of their own needs. These individuals are ready to face those parts of themselves with courage and change the cycles that no longer serve them.
How I help:
I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space to unpack experiences like unresolved trauma, grief, difficult family dynamics, and the persistent feeling of being misunderstood. Together, we look at the effects of generational wounds, cultural disconnection, and long-standing patterns of emotional dysregulation. My approach isn’t about fixing—it’s about deepening self-understanding and creating a life that feels more grounded and whole.
What my clients say about working with me:
Clients often describe me as a warm and straightforward therapist who listens closely, offers honest feedback, and creates room for both truth-telling and healing.
Off the clock:
I enjoy decompressing with television and movies, spending time with my cats, and sharing quality time with family and friends.
