Sheila Paul, LMFT | CEO & Clinical Director

Welcome to Insight Counseling! I’m Sheila Paul, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 18 years of experience guiding individuals through life’s challenges. My journey began at Chapman University, where I earned degrees in Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations like Lutheran Social Services, Inland AIDS Project, and Community Hospital of San Bernardino, and volunteering with The Soldier’s Project. These experiences have deepened my understanding of navigating difficult situations.

In 2010, I founded Insight Counseling to provide personalized care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Whether we’re addressing trauma with EMDR or incorporating psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapies, I work collaboratively with you to discover the approach that best fits your journey.

I’m here to help you gain clarity, healing, and support as we work together to navigate life’s ups and downs with compassion and care. Your path to mental well-being is a partnership, and I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.
